Mayoral Candidates' Debate at Cicely Tyson School 5/15/13

My general first impression was that the moderators did not control the audience from applauding, interupting with cat-calls, letting phones ring, and talking out loud. Fortunately I sat close enough to the stage to pick up most of the sound clearly... except for a constant buzzing of the microphones late in the debate.

The video portion of the clips is uninteresting- just the same five candidates sitting at the table - so I have reduced the quality of the videos to improve the audio portions and to speed up the computer processing. Question #9 has high resolution in order to display the individual questions better.
