Former Cicely Tyson School of
Performing and Fine Arts, now closed and abandoned. Notice the
two broken windows above the main entrance doors, the graffiti
and the attempts to paint over it on the front pillars. Refer to
the "Broken Windows Theory" as to why this should be of concern.
