East Orange Veterans Day Wreath

Clock, the East Orange Veterans assembled at the World War II
Memorial at City Hall Plaza for the annual wreath ceremony. Mayor
Robert L. Bowser participated for his last time doing so as
Mayor. Mayor Elect Lester Taylor was in the audience, but stayed
in the background.

I did not stay for the speeches,
but spent the rest of the morning down at the Senior Garden in
front of the Post Office, picking up litter so I could take a
photo I would not be ashamed to put in this collection of East
Orange historical memories.
